Delivery terms:

• Delivery starts at 3:00 PM
• Orders received after 10:00 PM are not delivered on the same day, as delivery is postponed to the next day unless the customer specifies a specific date for delivery.
• Manthor products coordinated with a chocolate box, the color of the box may differ according to the company's version at the time of your order.
• The delivery value is not refunded if the order is with delivery and then the customer transfers it to receive the order from one of our branches.
• In the event that some types of flowers, type of packaging, color of the ribbon, or shape of the vase are not available, we will replace the selected bouquet with similar types in shape and matching the price.
• Cake orders are delivered on the same day we receive the order, due to our keenness to deliver fresh cake products and in excellent condition.
• If there is more than one package in the basket and it is delivered on different days and times or to several people, 25 riyals will be added as shipping fees for each additional order.
• We have the order scheduling available and the customer can schedule the delivery of the order at a specific time and date and may not be able to change this date after confirmation.

Delivery service:

• The delivery value is calculated at the price shown on the site according to your city, delivery throughout the week according to the delivery period chosen in your order details, the delivery date may be affected by factors
• We are committed to delivering your order within the hours of the selected delivery period .. unless the gift recipient requests to change the delivery period to suit him.
• Manthor has a team of the best shipping and delivery employees through refrigerated cars equipped to suit our product, we do our best to get your order to you in the best condition
• In the event that the delivery of the order is delayed by more than 3 hours from the selected period, the customer may be eligible to refund half the value of the order in the form of a balance in the wallet.
• Manthor team will not be obligated to deliver the order within the period chosen in the order data if the recipient is late in sending his location.

Note:

• These terms do not apply in circumstances beyond our control that cause delay in delivery such as (some establishments that do not allow entry - incorrect recipient data - climatic factors - seasons - traffic congestion)
• The sender must provide the correct address and phone number of the recipient and the Manthor team will not be responsible for any type of compensation, if the recipient's address or data provided is incomplete, incorrect or does not answer the phone.
• In case of ordering during the holidays or seasons, orders will be prepared within 24 hours, so we advise customers to submit their orders 24 hours before the requested delivery date.
• If the order status is "Delivery" and the driver has gone out to deliver the order based on the location sent by the recipient and then the recipient changes the location or requests to postpone the delivery to another date, the buyer will have to pay the shipping value again
